Shipping policy

Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Please note that orders cannot be modified, edited, or canceled once being placed.

 

Shipping Process

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information for your order. Orders are shipped within 1-2 full business days. Please note that though orders with expedited shipping selected are prioritized, they are still subject to the 1-2 business days processing time.

 

Transit Times

Ship times are calculated by the shipping carriers and are only estimates. Please be aware that USPS is experiencing delivery delays and all orders placed using USPS First Class are subject to additional transit time. Musenwolfe is not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier.

 

Verifying your shipping address 

We ship all orders to the shipping address provided to us by the customer. Once you receive your order confirmation email, please check that your shipping address is correct as Musenwolfe is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was inputted by the customer at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an improperly inputted address unless the package is forwarded back to us by the postal carrier. Please make sure to use a trusted shipping address when ordering.

If the shipping carrier notifies us that a shipping address could be incorrect, we will email you for confirmation. We will wait an additional 2 business days before shipping your order to the address provided at checkout.

Musenwolfe is not responsible for and is unable to replace lost or stolen packages.

 

International Orders Tracking

If you have selected for your order to be shipped via USPS, please note that the United States Postal Service’s website does not continue to track orders once the package has reached the destination country. USPS gives the package to the local mail carrier in your country to notify you of any customs fees and complete your delivery. Once the USPS tracking site notes that your order has arrived in your country, you can then use your original tracking number on your local carrier’s website to continue tracking your order (ie. Royal Mail, Australia Post, Deutsche Post, etc.)

 

International Orders Customs & Taxes 

Duties and Taxes are not included in the total at checkout. These additional fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and require payment by the recipient at delivery. Musenwolfe is not responsible for the payment of any duty and import taxes incurred on an order. Payment of duty and import taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If shipment is refused, we will refund you for the value of the order excluding the shipping amount. In such a case, the refund cannot be processed until the order has been returned to us by the shipping carrier. Please note that all international orders are final sale.

 

Payment Plans 

We offer Payment Plans through Shop Pay Installments, which is powered by Affirm. This option allows you to pay monthly installments on your order for up to 12 months.

Promotions

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined. Orders that reach eligibility for a promotion that are then partially returned will have the original discount eligibility terms factored into the return amount.
