What’s your return policy?
We accept domestic returns initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return international orders?
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What condition must items be in for returns or exchanges?
All return or exchange items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• Properly packaged with original pouch and box (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer one (1) free exchange per domestic order if initiated within 14 days of delivery. Additional requests on the same order will incur shipping charges.
Received a damaged or defective item?
Please email our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to find the best resolution.
Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! But note: expedited orders still require 1–2 business days for processing.
Where can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. We ship to the address provided and cannot issue refunds or reship items sent to an incorrect address unless returned to us by the carrier.
International tracking tip:
Once your order reaches your country, use your USPS tracking number on your local carrier’s site (e.g., Royal Mail, Australia Post).
Are customs or import fees included?
No—duties/taxes are determined by your country and must be paid upon delivery.
Jewelry Care
How do I care for stainless steel jewelry?
Our stainless steel pieces (gold-plated or not) are water-friendly and tarnish-resistant. Still, we recommend:
• Avoiding contact with harsh chemicals
• Storing in a dry place in your jewelry pouch
• Gently wiping with a soft cloth after wear
How do I care for sterling silver jewelry?
925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic and requires a little extra love:
• Avoid exposure to chlorine, perfume, or hairspray
• Store in an airtight pouch when not in use
• Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine
Gift Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! For $4 USD, we offer beautiful gift packaging:
• A 3.5” x 3.5” x 1.5” branded jewelry box
• Finished with a dainty black ribbon
• Includes a handwritten message if desired
Just check the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout. Each item is placed in a jewelry pouch and then inside the gift box (max 3 items per box).
Restocks
An item I want is sold out—will it come back?
Most likely! We typically restock sold-out pieces within 2 weeks. If a product is being discontinued, we’ll remove it from the site within 1–2 days.
