Refund policy
We accept domestic returns initiated within fourteen (14) days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and original packaging. Please note that all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Please note that all international orders are final sale.
Please be aware that all return and exchange items undergo a quality control inspection before being restocked. If the item has been worn, we will be unable to honor the exchange or return request.
Return items must be unworn, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and properly packaged and padded to prevent any damage in transit. Items that have been worn or improperly packaged in a way that has caused damage to the item are not eligible for return and will not be accepted. Returned necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets must be secured inside their original pouch (and jewelry box, if applicable).
If you feel you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please email our Customer care team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to find the best resolution. Please provide your original order number, photos of the item, and a detailed description.

Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange. Items shipped outside of this 14 day window will not be accepted. We are unable to offer exchanges on International Orders.

We are happy to offer one (1) exchange per order free of shipping fees on domestic orders. Additional exchange or return requests on an existing order will be subject to shipping fees.
